Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You are the strategic voice, shaping targeting, budgets, the 90-day roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding and testing, and drive growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
