Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the client narrative during calls.

We expect 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, with a proven track record of improving ROAS or CPA. Agency background and clear English on live calls with US clients are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA or pipeline improvements you can walk us through.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set and report the 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
