Job summary

kinship is seeking an Implementation Specialist to partner with schools on onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing success. You will own rostering, account provisioning, and MAP assessment setup before launch, and monitor usage and data after launch to prevent issues and guide improvements.

You will work with the Head of Pilots, Partners, school relationship managers, and account owners to ensure schools move from signed to thriving, with a focus on trust and practical outcomes in real

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in or around schools.
• Comfortable with admin tools, spreadsheets, and student data.

Responsibilities

• Pre-launch: Own rostering, account provisioning, and MAP assessment setup for each school launch; support onboarding.
• Post-launch: Track usage, progress, and assessment data; escalate issues to leadership.
• Drive system-wide improvement: Collaborate with Product to make launch steps self-serve and reduce manual steps.
