Job summary

Info-Tech Research Group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to own the end-to-end onboarding program for the sales organization, ensuring a structured, engaging ramp for new hires.

You will design curricula, coach new hires, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive measurable enablement outcomes and improvements in time-to-productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and sales processes.
• Excellent content creation, curriculum design, and facilitation skills.
• Experience managing learning programs or projects with multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding program for the sales organization.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and execution of onboarding programs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to new hires to reach full productivity.
• Design, develop, and maintain sales training curricula and materials.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and SMEs to build engaging content.
• Evaluate and improve existing programs based on feedback and data.
• Support quarterly sales enablement plans and cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver programs on time and within budget.
