Job summary

Clio seeks a high-output onboarding specialist to deliver impactful sessions, guide customers through their lifecycle, and drive value with empathy and strong communication. You will run daily live strategy sessions, work with Zoom and Salesforce, and own customer health while collaborating with Sales and Enablement to ensure fast adoption of Clio products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS tools.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily live strategy and training sessions using Zoom and related tools.
• Drive customer value by guiding onboarding through the full lifecycle.
• Own customer health and coordinate with Sales and Enablement for smooth adoption.
• Manage multiple client cases with deadlines and maintain high CSAT.
• Contribute to Help Center and collaborate with Enablement/Tech teams.
