Job summary

Clio is looking for a high-output onboarding specialist who blends technical expertise with exceptional customer experience to help legal professionals adopt Clio’s suite across their lifecycle.

You will lead strategy and training sessions, drive first-value for customers, and own the post-ownership journey while partnering with Sales and Enablement to ensure a smooth transition. You will mentor juniors and contribute to knowledge bases.

• Effortless communication skills, confident and sensitive to the needs of customers (internal and external).
• Comfort facilitating live sessions through Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategy and training sessions to ensure customers are onboarded for success in adopting Clio’s products.
• Identify what signals first value for customers and drive towards achieving it.
• Own your ownership window across a customer’s Clio lifecycle, including post-ownership setup.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Enablement for smooth product adoption transitions.
• Manage multiple client cases with deadlines and tasks as defined by the department.
• Maintain customer account health and mitigate churn risk.
