kinship is seeking an Implementation Specialist to partner with schools on onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing success. You will own rostering, account provisioning, and MAP assessment setup before launch, and monitor usage and data after launch to prevent issues and guide improvements.

kinship builds strong, collaborative relationships with the schools launching our product and methodology. Onboarding timelines can span months and require close coordination between kinship and multiple school stakeholders. Prior to launch, schools work through a detailed checklist to ensure readiness. Post-launch, leadership and school staff partner on implementation and data review to ensure school success.
The Implementation Specialist is a key part of that collaboration. You will work directly with our Head of Pilots and alongside the Partners, our school relationship managers and account owners. Together, you’ll make sure every school is ready to launch and stays on track once it does. You will know where every school stands, catch problems before they reach a classroom, and support the critical trust we build with schools.
