Job summary

Encircle Inc. is seeking a Customer Activation Manager to lead onboarding and activation for a high-volume SMB customer base. You’ll guide customers from Launch to Graduation, using AI-assisted workflows and standardized plans to scale onboarding and ensure time-to-activation targets are met.

The role collaborates with Sales and Account Managers, balancing personalized, live sessions with scalable formats, webinars and Learning Hub resources.

• Onboard customers one-on-one to activation
• Lead live onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs and check-ins to move accounts to activation
• Utilize onboarding plans, templates and AI tools to tailor experiences
• Track progress in CRM/CSP and maintain activation status
• Graduate customers to self-sufficiency and escalate stalled accounts
