Job summary

COFOMO in Montreal is seeking a SAP Integration Product Manager to define and drive a strategic SAP integration program across SAP ECC and S/4HANA. You will translate business needs into prioritized user stories, manage a cross-functional backlog, and lead a team of analysts and developers to deliver secure, scalable integrations.

You will guide agile ceremonies, collaborate with architecture and operations, and ensure alignment with corporate priorities while advancing DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management in an SAP environment.
• Master the concepts of integration between SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA solutions and internal or external applications.
• Experience in defining, analyzing and prioritizing business needs.
• Be familiar with Agile methodologies and product backlog management practices.
• Experience writing and managing user stories.
• Demonstrate an ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex dependencies.
• Master the principles of quality, security, performance, and reliability applicable to integrations.
• Be familiar with DevSecOps practices and continuous improvement approaches.
• Experience in team leadership and supporting functional and technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear vision of SAP integration solutions by ensuring their alignment with business objectives and organizational directions.
• Maintain and evolve the SAP integrations roadmap based on business priorities and emerging needs.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize needs from stakeholders, projects, and technology teams.
• Translate needs into clear, prioritized user stories in collaboration with solution and integration architecture advisors.
• Manage and optimize the product backlog by ensuring its quality, consistency and strategic alignment.
• Lead a team of functional analysts and SAP integration developers by fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance.
• Support the team in the delivery of robust, secure and scalable integration solutions.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to team capacity planning and delivery scheduling.
• Collaborate closely with architecture consultants, functional analysts, project teams, and operations teams to ensure consistent delivery.
• Manage dependencies between SAP systems (ECC and S/4HANA) and external systems.
• Ensure the quality, performance, security, and reliability of SAP integrations.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of integration practices and the adoption of Agile and DevSecOps approaches.
