Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plan, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation based on overall program objectives.
• Implement and maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) registries.
• Ensure compliance with the SAP Activate methodology and internal governance processes.
• Manage all phases of the SAP S/4HANA upgrade: preparation, Sandbox environment, development, quality assurance, testing and release.
• Coordinate the various integrated testing activities: validation, regression and performance.
• Plan and coordinate cutover and release activities.
• Manage change control processes and ensure business continuity during and after upgrade.
• Act as the main point of coordination between IT teams, business process owners, SAP consultants, BASIS teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and partners in a global program context.
• Prepare and present progress reports, indicators, risks and issues to senior management.
• Proactively identify, track and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Drive change management, training and documentation preparation activities.
• Support the adoption of the new SAP version as well as post-deployment stabilization activities.
