Job summary

Sihi Pumps is seeking a Sales Support Representative to act as the main customer contact and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality to respond to inquiries. You will help drive sales initiatives, forecast planning and productivity reporting while ensuring accurate proposals and efficient order fulfilment.

Responsibilities include reviewing customer specs, generating quotes, and partnering with regional teams to improve cycle times and hit-rate.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in pumps/rotating equipment is preferred.
• Experience with sales force management and ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality.
• Support sales leadership in driving initiatives to maximize bookings and pipelines.
• Prepare high-quality, value-priced proposals and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Review customer specifications to apply Flowserve technical and commercial requirements.
• Support 30/60/90 day forecast and monthly outlook processes.
