Job summary

Liquiteck seeks an Inside Sales Technical Representative to drive sales and provide technical and commercial support from its Valleyfield, QC location with frequent client travel. You will be the voice that helps customers select appropriate pumps and engineering solutions.

The role requires a engineering background, strong French communication, and the ability to develop long-term business relationships within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or DEC in engineering technology (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of pumps and best maintenance practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English are assets.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a customer service or sales environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customers, account representatives, sales support staff and manufacturers to provide technical expertise in engineering, equipment selection and quotation preparation.
• Create and propose engineering solutions that meet customers’ specifications and demonstrate the value of Liquiteck’s solutions.
• Develop sales opportunities and identify new business opportunities.
