Job summary

Siemens Canada is seeking a dedicated professional to join our DI Automation team in Montreal. You will create quotations for spare parts, coordinate material master creation, and work with customers and sales to identify the right spares for products.

You will review customer POs to match quotations and handle deviations. You'll interact with factory and product marketing teams to resolve configurations, ensure timely shipment and billing, and log RFQ requests.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical field or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience providing technical support.
• Bilingual (English & French) speaking/writing is an asset.
• Experience with low voltage, drives and automation products is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP system is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Creating quotations for DI Automation spare parts.
• Coordinate material master spare part creation.
• Work with customers and sales to identify right spares for products.
• Enter customer purchase orders and prepare order acknowledgements.
• Review customer POs to match quotations and handle deviations.
• Initiate sales orders/purchase orders to vendors; log and track execution.
• Interact with factory and product marketing groups to resolve configurations and changes.
• Support account relationships to ensure timely shipment and billing.
• Use tools to generate quotes based on RFQs and log statuses.
• Provide cross-functional support and assist other teams as required.
