Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Sales Supervisor for the Yorkdale location to lead the sales floor, drive daily store operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coach the team, develop client relationships, and maintain high store standards.

In this role you will pursue sales goals, provide styling expertise, and ensure product knowledge is shared with the team. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail, sales or related customer-service role.
• Leadership experience preferred; track record of generating sales and building client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
