Job summary

Integra Recruiters is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to sell products via phone and email from our Markham office. You will deliver excellent customer service, identify needs, and propose solutions while managing CRM data and meeting monthly quotas.

The role requires multitasking across calls and emails, with training and development opportunities. Competitive base salary plus monthly bonus and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call centre sales environment is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle over 60+ calls per day efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools and MS Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.

This is an in-office position, not a remote position. This role will require you to work in our Markham office Monday through Friday.
