Job Description:

We’re hiring a smart, confident, and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for prospective students interested in MIG welding training. You’ll receive high-quality leads and your goal will be to connect, engage, and convert them by explaining the value of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call leads provided to you and follow up in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand the training programs thoroughly to explain them effectively to clients
  • Convert interested leads into confirmed enrollments
  • Maintain a record of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with the team for feedback and performance improvement

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools (training can be provided)
