Crystal Clean Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to develop new business opportunities across HRM and surrounding areas. You will promote our commercial janitorial and kitchen cleaning services, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to sales growth.

The role requires proactive prospecting, strong communication, and the ability to travel within HRM. You will manage proposals, close deals, and maintain CRM records to ensure a smooth handover to operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales, B2B or facility services is an asset.
• Ability to generate leads independently.
• Willingness to travel within HRM and surrounding areas.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportation.

• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
• Track sales opportunities and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Work toward achieving established sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout HRM and surrounding areas.

Promote commercial janitorial cleaning and commercial kitchen cleaning services.

Build relationships with businesses, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers.

Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person visits.

Territory

The primary territory includes Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, and surrounding communities within the Halifax Regional Municipality.

Competitive base salary plus commission.
