We are growing and searching for a Sales & Reception Coordinator (called "Client Care Coordinator" internally) to join our Client Care team! In this role, you will be in a patient-facing administrative role and will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, ensuring a positive patient experience, and driving sales of our products and services.
This is a permanent, full-time or permanent part-time position based onsite at our Brooks, AB HearCANADA Clinic. We are open to hiring someone part-time for 3 days a week (22.5 hours per week) or full‑time 4‑5 days a week (30‑37.5 hours per week) depending on candidate preference and availability. Regular hours will be scheduled Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
