Zytech Buildings Systems in Crossfield, AB is seeking a diligent Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and streamline operations. You will handle inquiries, invoicing, and order coordination to keep the team efficient and responsive.

The role offers exposure to BisTrack ERP, MS Office, and manufacturing logistics, with duties spanning quotes, PO processing, shipments, and reporting. Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this hands-on position.

Formación

• Experience with invoicing and credit processes.
• Familiarity with ERP software (BisTrack).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/logistics in construction industry.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer service.
• Manage daily invoicing and credit processes.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams across Crossfield, Airdrie & Leduc.
• Prepare sales quotes and organize sales folders.
• Process payments and submit reports to Finance.
• Create and manage purchase orders and scan into ScanTrack.
• Schedule shipments and provide production updates.
• Prepare documentation for manufacturing processes to align with job specs.
