Responsibilities

• Provide Territory Managers with technical sales information, quotes and margin approvals for accurate customer presentations.
• Manage and track online sales leads for timely follow-up by the sales team.
• Assist with territory mapping, industry research, lead generation and tender documentation.
• Coordinate inventory lists and ensure product availability for customers.
• Assist in scheduling unit delivery and sublets for smooth fulfillment.
• Manage new product arrivals and condition reports to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Handle walk-in and online inquiries and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain customer records and sales data for reporting accuracy.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze data on aging inventory and programs.
• Support marketing by updating inventory information and materials.
• Assist in planning industry events, trade shows, and customer appreciation events.
