Job summary

Viacore Winnipeg is seeking a full-time, experienced Sales Coordinator who is safety-conscious, punctual, reliable, and able to work well alone or in a team. Proficiency with our ERP system, payroll hour entry, and invoicing process is preferred, and immediate vacancy availability is noted.

The role involves taking orders across multiple channels, maintaining customer relations, invoicing, and supporting outside sales with quotations while handling payroll entries for service crews.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in accounting or business administration preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CMMS, ERP, Outlook and Excel (or similar service management software).

Responsibilities

• Take orders via telephone, fax, e-mail and walk-in customers; maintain excellent customer relations.
• Communicate with customers and branch staff to ensure order accuracy and smooth operations.
• Invoicing: complete paperwork, adjust inventory, ensure costing and pricing accuracy.
• Produce work orders and slitting permits; coordinate with Slitter, Shipper/Receiver or Shop Foreman/Service Manager.
• Assist Outside Sales with quotations and sourcing products.
• Payroll hour entry for service crews and month-end accruals.
