Job summary

Pattison Agriculture in Humboldt, SK is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the branch's sales activities, coach and mentor the sales team, and drive growth across our farm equipment division. You will set strategy, manage budgets, and work with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in sales leadership, familiarity with John Deere products, and the ability to travel as needed.

• 3+ years sales experience, 1+ years sales management experience.
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating others.
• Knowledge/familiarity with John Deere and competitive products.
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies and goals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.

You will:

• Ability to develop and implement business strategies and goals
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
• Valid driver’s license required
