Job summary

Pattison Agriculture Limited is hiring a Digital Sales Specialist to drive digital opportunities from multiple locations or remotely. The role focuses on qualifying, managing, and converting online leads into revenue in Canada’s agricultural market.

You will work with John Deere products and precision ag tech, collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The position offers base salary with commission, benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of John Deere and precision agriculture tech is a plus.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through digital marketing channels.
• Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and sales potential.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and virtual communication.
• Use CRM and digital sales tools to manage leads, quotations, wins, and losses.
• Prepare quotations and manage opportunities for equipment and components.
• Collaborate with departments to support customer needs and complete sales documentation.
• Stay current on products and industry trends to support customer success.

Our Digital Sales Specialists are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences by qualifying, managing, and converting digitally generated sales opportunities into revenue. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through digital marketing channels
• Qualify leads by identifying customer needs, opportunities, and sales potential
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual communication
• Utilize CRM and digital sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, quotations, wins, and losses
• Prepare quotations and manage sales opportunities for used equipment, John Deere Precision Upgrade Kits, and SurePoint Ag products
• Collaborate with all departments to support customer needs
• Maintain accurate records and complete required sales documentation in a timely manner
• Stay current on product offerings, technology solutions, and industry trends to support customer success

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship management skills
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification, and sales follow-up abilities
• Strong time management, organizational, and computer skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, lead generation, or a related field preferred
• Passionate about agriculture, knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive precision agriculture technology products an asset
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Valid driver’s licence required
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
