Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team (5–10 people) in a dealership environment.
• Knowledge of automotive sales processes and OMVIC licensing is preferred.
• Proficient with dealership software and inventory management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dealership's sales team to meet monthly targets and provide training.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to drive sales with new and existing customers.
• Review monthly goals with General Managers and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory, highlight units for immediate delivery, and manage displays.
