Job summary

Bannister Automotive Group in Chilliwack, BC is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our automotive team. If you enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and closing deals, this role offers an opportunity to grow with a trusted Western Canada family-owned group.

You will present vehicle options, follow up with leads using our CRM, and work with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless buying experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service (automotive is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the buying process with professionalism and care
• Build lasting relationships with clients, from their first visit to long after the sale
• Present vehicle options clearly, including features, pricing, and financing
• Follow up with leads and existing customers using CRM tools
• Work collaboratively across departments to deliver seamless service
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
