Bannister Automotive Group in Kelowna is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead our sales operations at Bannister Cadillac Kelowna.

You will set sales plans, coach the team, analyze market trends, and manage day-to-day operations to exceed goals. This full-time role requires leadership, analytics, and a drive to build lasting customer and insurer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and 3–5 years of automotive sales experience.

Performance Essentials

• Proven leadership and 3–5 years of automotive sales experience
• Strong financial and analytical acumen—capable of forecasting and budgeting
• Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills
• Skilled in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans
• Valid driver’s license with clear abstract
• Full-time availability — including occasional weekend coverage as required
