Job summary

Bannister Grande Prairie Motorsports is hiring a Parts Advisor to join our team. You’ll greet customers, identify powersports parts, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and manage quotes, orders, and invoicing.

With at least 1 year in a dealership parts role, you’ll work with PBS or CDK, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely parts availability. This is a full-time, Monday-Saturday position in Grande Prairie.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dealership parts experience.
• Knowledge of powersports (ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, accessories).
• Strong customer service and communication (in person and by phone).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine their parts needs.
• Provide accurate quotes, place orders, and manage invoicing.
• Identify parts and accessories for powersports products.
• Assist with parts selection and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate parts availability with technicians as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock processes.

The Drive Ahead:

• Greet parts customers and understand their needs
• Provide accurate parts quotes, place orders, and manage invoicing
• Look up and identify the correct parts and accessories for powersports products
• Assist customers with parts selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Coordinate parts availability with technicians when required
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support parts stock processes
• Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and core processing
• Follow up with customers regarding parts orders and availability

Performance Essentials:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dealership parts role
• Knowledge of the powersports market, including ATVs, side‑by‑sides, motorcycles, and
• related parts and accessories
• Strong customer service and communication skills, in person and by phone
• Experience using DMS systems like PBS or CDK preferred (must be comfortable working
• in these systems)
• Solid knowledge of parts, accessories, and parts‑ordering processes
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Full-time availability (8:30am - 5:30pm), Tuesday to Saturday
