Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service; automotive experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive in prospecting and generating opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the buying process with professionalism and care.
• Build lasting relationships with clients from first visit to long after the sale.
• Present vehicle options clearly, including features, pricing, and financing.
• Respond quickly to internet leads and customer inquiries.
• Proactively follow up with leads and existing customers using CRM tools.
• Develop new sales opportunities beyond provided leads through networking and referrals.
• Use social media to build a professional presence, showcase inventory, and engage customers.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective and returning customers.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.

• Use social media effectively to build your professional presence, showcase inventory, and create customer engagement
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective and returning customers
• Work collaboratively across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

Performance Essentials

• Experience in sales or customer service; automotive experience is an asset, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly responsive, with the ability to follow up promptly and consistently with leads
• Comfortable and confident using social media as a business and prospecting tool
• A proactive approach to prospecting and generating your own sales opportunities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
• A desire to build a long-term career, develop your skills, and grow within the Bannister Automotive Group
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
