Job summary

Bannister Automotive Group in Kamloops is seeking a Detailer/Lot Attendant to keep our vehicles showroom-clean and ready for delivery. You’ll wash, vacuum, and polish vehicles, inspect for damage, and help display the lot with pride.

The role requires a sharp eye for detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina for bending, crouching, and lifting. A valid driver's license (manual and automatic) is preferred. We offer competitive wages and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Wash, vacuum, and polish vehicles to showroom-ready standards.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report findings to management.
• Organize and maintain the lot, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed.
• Apply dealership branding to vehicles and ensure fuel levels are ready for delivery.
• Assist with vehicle movement, dealer trades, and inventory organization.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist with light groundskeeping as needed.

The Drive Ahead

• Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
