Job summary

Bannister Automotive Group in Penticton is seeking a Sales Advisor for the Penticton Kia team. You will welcome customers, guide them through the buying journey, and present vehicle options with pricing and financing.

You will build lasting client relationships, follow up using CRM tools, collaborate across departments, and strive to meet monthly sales and customer-satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is required or asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the buying process with professionalism and care.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, from their first visit to long after the sale.
