Job summary

Little Burgundy, a hip-branded footwear retailer in Montreal, is seeking a Sales Lead to assist store management with daily operations and developing associates while achieving sales goals. You will train and coach a sales team, enforce company policies, manage opening and closing duties, and ensure a memorable, full-service experience for customers.

This role requires bilingual communication and willingness to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Bilingualism as required (Quebec only).
• Willingness to learn and complete training.
• Completion of all training programs leading up to Sales Lead position.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees.
• Perform opening and closing duties according to policy.
• Supervise daily store operations in management's absence.
• Oversee Loss Prevention practices in management's absence.
• Communicate store needs to management.
• Complete all assigned tasks and training.
• Provide a fun, full service experience to customers.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Embed Little Burgundy culture within the team.
