Job summary

Little Burgundy is seeking a Manager in Training to recruit, hire, and train store personnel, aiming to achieve store and personal sales goals while protecting company assets. You will drive growth opportunities and oversee daily operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly, including nights and weekends. Quebec bilingualism is preferred, with internal training paths toward management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Bilingualism as required (Quebec only).
• Willingness to learn.
• Completion of all training programs leading up to Manager in Training position or equivalent training.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Recruit, interview, and hire high-caliber employees with in-store needs.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing policies and practices.
• Ensure that all company initiatives are properly implemented and to the standard of the company direction.
