Little Burgundy is a branded footwear retailer seeking enthusiastic team members to provide a fun and memorable shopping experience. You will assist with basic store operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service while upholding brand standards and culture.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Perform all Operations/Loss Prevention procedures according to policies.
• Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization.
• Communicate store needs to management clearly and promptly.
• Stay informed of current fashion trends and offerings.
• Handle POS functions and customer transactions accurately.
• Complete all assigned tasks and provide a fun, full-service experience.
