You will help train a high-performing team, meet sales goals, and ensure operations run smoothly in the absence of store management, while upholding the brand culture and values that make Little Burgundy a destination for discerning shoppers.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to learn and complete training
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices
• Perform opening and closing duties according to company policy
• Supervise and manage store operations in store management’s absence
• Supervise Loss Prevention practices in store management’s absence
• Communicate store needs to management
• Complete all assigned tasks and required training
• Provide a fun, full-service experience to all customers
• Resolve customer issues effectively
• Uphold Little Burgundy culture within the team
