Job summary

Gray Matter Logic in Calgary, AB is seeking a full-time hybrid sales professional with ERP experience to nurture and develop leads and close opportunities. You will identify client needs, configure systems, write proposals, and coordinate RFQ responses while aligning with marketing and management to meet quarterly targets.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in professional sales, a Bachelor’s (master’s a plus), and strong English and professional French language skills.

• 4+ years of experience in a professional sales environment.
• Experience selling ERP solutions or related software.
• Bachelor’s degree; master's degree is a plus.
• Fluent English; professional French language skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture potential clients for project signing.
• Analyze prospects' needs and configure systems to meet their needs.
• Write proposals and follow up with leads regarding feedback and adjustments.
• Respond to RFQs and coordinate team resources to complete documents within deadlines.
• Represent the company and its values to clients and staff.

Description

We are seeking full-time sales talent with experience nurturing and developing leads. The right person will act entrepreneurially to identify opportunities for staff and client development.

Features

• Develop and nurture potential clients for project signing.
• Work with prospects and customers to analyze business needs and configure systems to meet their needs.
• Teach, train and empower clients and convey needs, concerns and priorities to other members of the management team.
• Assist with estimating and project configuration tasks as needed.

• Represent the company and its values effectively to clients and other staff.

• Develop a portfolio of satisfied and regular clients of the company who recommend the company's services to others.
• Maintain sales quotas necessary for strong supplier partnerships.
• Participate as necessary to maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's studies (graduate). A master's degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in a professional sales environment. Services, business, consulting, technology (preferable).
• Languages: English (native), professional French.

Salary

Salary to negotiate, depending on experience.

Travel

Up to 25% or as required.
