Job summary

HUB International in Toronto is seeking a dynamic Sales Resource Administrator to be a key support partner to our regional sales enablement team. This hybrid role reports to the Assistant Vice President, SRM for Ontario and is based at 130 King St W.

You’ll need strong organizational, communication and analytical skills, plus advanced MS Office and experience with CRM, Dynamics 365 marketing automation, and intranet support.

Qualifications

• Corporate environment experience preferred in sales/marketing support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to the CSO team and sales colleagues using CRM tools.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and Dynamics 365 marketing automation.
• Coordinate meetings, events and logistics for the SRM team.
• Support HUB brand requests and collateral preparation in Word/PowerPoint.
• Manage referrals and engage the appropriate HUB contact.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for Leadership Teams and conduct data analysis.
