Job summary

Siemens Canada is seeking a Sales Support Professional to join our Oakville, Ontario office on a 15- to 20-month contract. The role requires an MBA and 5-7 years of experience in sales excellence, sales operations, and customer-facing business, with a focus on CRM systems and sales enablement.

You will lead Salesforce/CRM initiatives, develop dashboards, ensure data integrity, and align marketing, business development and sales to drive growth across Canada.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree required.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales excellence, sales operations or customer-facing roles.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce/CRM systems and modern sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Salesforce/CRM SME and drive training programs across the sales org.
• Design, test, and implement dashboards and reports tracking KPIs (revenue, pipeline, performance).
• Maintain data integrity through data governance and corrective actions.
