Qualifications

• 2 years of call center experience or similar
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Aptitude for numerical operations and data entry

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and develop relationships with assigned customers.
• Process product pricing, information, and availability requests.
• Handle orders and resolve customer issues to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Upsell products and services and maintain call logs and reports.
• Research billing issues and communicate trends to management.
