Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales training.
• 1–2 years experience in professional facilitation.
• 1–2 years experience in a sales role or sales organization.
• Ability to read learning participants and adapt to meet needs.
• Ability to partner with field leadership to address performance gaps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver New Hire Sales Training Programs.
• Develop and deliver sales training initiatives with accountability.
• Assess participant skill and knowledge levels and provide feedback to leadership.
• Provide coaching guidance on performance management opportunities.
