Spellbook is seeking a highly organized sales enablement professional to empower our GTM team. Reporting to the Director of Legal Solutions, you will design onboarding programs, coordinate trainings, and ship content that helps reps perform with confidence.

You will partner with Sales, Product and Marketing to translate product updates into compelling enablement, maintain knowledge bases, and measure training impact in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to create structure, documentation, and repeatable processes.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex product information into training content.
• Track onboarding progress and identify gaps for improvement.
• Experience with sales tools or enablement platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end coordination of the onboarding program, including scheduling, materials, and progress tracking.
• Ensure new hires are trained on core sales processes, product knowledge, and messaging.
• Maintain onboarding documentation, training flow, and enablement content.
• Coordinate recurring training sessions across sales, product, and marketing.
