About The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be at the forefront of our revenue growth strategy, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role offers a launchpad into a successful sales career, with exposure to modern go-to-market strategies.

You will engage with prospects through inbound leads generated by demand generation campaigns, outbound outreach to key accounts using ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and by identifying expansion opportunities within existing customers. You’ll receive world-class training, coaching, and support, with a clear path for career progression into closing roles.

A Day in the Life of a Guideline SDR

  • Rapid Follow-Up: Respond immediately to inbound leads from our demand generation campaigns, showing prospects the value of Guideline from the first touchpoint.
  • Targeted Prospecting: Research and identify key accounts and decision-makers as part of personalized outbound ABM campaigns.
  • Daily Outreach: Make 25–30 outbound calls per day, plus emails and social touches to drive engagement.
  • Booked Meetings: Conduct 2–3 discovery calls on many days with prospects you’ve sourced, delivering compelling overviews of how Guideline can impact their business.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-ups, share insights with marketing and sales, and continually refine your outreach approach.
