We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth. If you love high-energy prospecting, creative outreach, and building pipelines from the ground up, you’ll fit right in. This role is based in Port Coquitlam, BC or Toronto, ON .

What you’ll do

  • High-volume cold calling to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Personalized email outreach to engage and qualify prospects.
  • Lead qualification across multiple inbound and outbound sources before handing off to the Sales team.
  • Pipeline management and process building for consistent follow-up.
  • Appointment setting for the Director of Sales and senior reps.
  • CRM stewardship (HubSpot) : log activities, keep data clean, and generate insights.
  • Prospecting & lead generation via Apollo lists, walk-ins, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Sales strategy support in a KPI-driven environment; track performance and report results.
  • Client outreach for quality check-ins and account status reviews.
  • Reporting on client satisfaction and business metrics.
  • Event coordination — plan, execute, and follow up on webinars, trade shows, and live events.

What you bring

  • Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or Marketing (preferred).
  • Experience : 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience.
  • Technical savvy : Comfort with CRM tools — HubSpot preferred — and basic data analysis.
  • Sales know-how : Familiarity with best-practice prospecting and customer-service techniques.
  • Analytical mindset : You can interpret metrics and keep meticulous records.
  • Collaboration & communication : Professional integrity, strong verbal / written skills, and team spirit.
  • Organization & multitasking : Proven ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Tools : Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF editors, and Outlook.

  • Compensation : Base $35,000 – $50,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commissions.
