Domaine is seeking a driven and enthusiastic team member with a passion for eCommerce and digital experiences to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging prospective clients, building strong relationships, and setting the stage for successful partnerships.

You’ll work closely with our sales leadership, marketing, and subject matter experts across design, technology, and strategy to develop a deep understanding of Domaine’s offerings. The ideal candidate is curious, confident, and highly motivated — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their sales career.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, CRM, industry events).
  • Outreach Strategy & Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and sales reps on target accounts, messaging, stakeholders, and cadences to achieve results and increase conversion rates.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting through emails and social media (LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales executives.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in the CRM, ensuring up-to-date information on all prospects.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and outreach activity.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • ~1+ years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience
  • Basic understanding of outbound marketing and sales strategies and best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Extremely strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and achieve results
  • Effective in managing and prioritizing time with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with HubSpot, specially creating and launching sequences
  • [Preferred] Experience in the Shopify Ecosystem or E-Commerce Industry
  • [Preferred] Experience & curiosity leveraging AI sales tools to boost top of funnel sales
