Responsibilities

• Work with sales lead generation tools and the CRM (we use Pipedrive).

• Manage the presales process and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Results-driven and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experienced in sales, with a strong background in the English-speaking market.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and showcasing excellent time management skills.
  • Skilled in business negotiations and building robust client relationships.
  • Experienced in creating processes and successfully implementing ideas.
  • Possesses strong analytical thinking and makes data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously updates and refines their skills to stay ahead.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency (C1+).

Will be an advantage:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role at an IT company or digital agency.

• Bachelor's degree or marketing/sales courses.
