The Opportunity

As an SDR at Introhive, you'll identify and engage potential clients through various channels, showcasing how our solutions address their challenges. This role involves working on a named account list to generate leads and build strong connections.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Qualify : Source and engage new leads across multiple channels.
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain an organized and active lead pipeline.
  • Hit Targets : Meet lead generation KPIs consistently.
  • Market Research : Stay current on industry trends to refine messaging.
  • Collaborate : Work with sales and marketing teams to refine approaches.
  • Build Relationships : Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ year of outbound sales experience in B2B organizations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce).
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Understanding of ProServ.
