ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

Herschel Supply Co. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will create an engaging shopping experience for customers by interacting authentically and delivering exceptional customer service. This position reports to Store Management & Key Holders.

On a daily basis, the Sales Associate will:

• Welcome customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Communicate features, advantages, and benefits of products clearly.
• Monitor in-store stock availability on the sales floor, in the backroom, and online.
• Keep the store organized and well-presented by stocking merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper display.
• Receive and process stock from the warehouse, including unpacking, scanning, counting, tagging, folding, sizing, and stocking, with overflow stock stored appropriately.
• Assist with re-stocking, pricing, and sale preparations.
• Ensure items from fitting rooms are returned to the correct areas, properly sized and tagged.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties.
• Use the Point-of-Sale and Mobile POS systems to process transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
• Stay informed about new product launches, trends, and store initiatives.
• Participate in staff training and store events as required.

AVAILABILITY

Part-time employees should be available for opening and closing shifts at least three times per week, including one full weekend day. Part-time hours are up to 25 hours per week, with potential for full-time hours based on customer volume.

WAGE BAND

$17.85 - $18.40 per hour, depending on experience.
