Roots in Burlington is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, promote our core values, and build relationships that turn shoppers into life-long customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll handle POS transactions, assist with merchandising, and maintain store standards.

You are upbeat, customer-focused and able to understand customer needs, with retail experience and a knack for presenting products creatively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferably in apparel.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Experience with store standards, cash handling and merchandising.
• Self-starter with good judgment.
• Excellent presentation in a retail environment.
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly.
• Ability to understand the needs of the customer.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values.The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them.The goal is to develop customers for life.
