Job summary

Roots in Vancouver is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will promote our core values and ensure a customer-first experience.

You will handle POS transactions, assist with replenishment and merchandising, and maintain store standards. The ideal candidate has apparel retail experience, strong presentation skills, and a friendly, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

We are currently hiring for a Sales Associate. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values.The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them.The goal is to develop customers for life.
