Job summary

Roots is hiring a Sales Associate in Toronto to deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help maintain store standards, handle POS transactions, and present merchandise attractively.

You are a self-starter with retail experience, especially in apparel. You will resolve issues promptly, stay informed about products, and contribute to a welcoming, customer-first shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferably in apparel.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Understanding retail operation concepts: store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
• Self-starter with good judgment.
• Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly.
• Ability to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities
