Job summary

Roots in Niagara-on-the-Lake is seeking a Sales Associate to provide outstanding service and build lasting relationships with customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will handle POS transactions, merchandising tasks, and ensure our store standards reflect the Roots brand.

The role requires retail experience (preferably apparel), strong relationship-building skills, and a motivated, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer needs.

We are currently hiring for a Sales Associate. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values. The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them. The goal is to develop customers for life.
